TIMBER FRAME- WINTER 2008

This is a Park City area Timber Frame, that was incorporated into an existing home. The roof was removed and the Timber Frame was put in place. It was a major engineering feat, that the home owners would agree was perfectly executed.

TIMBER FRAME

Spring 2008, Timber Frame in the Park City area. This Timber Frame was built using traditional Timber Frame methods. Mortise and Tenon with Hardwood Dowels.

This home was featured in The Park City Homes Magazine.

All Custom Rustic Timber Frame's are hand built using traditional methods.

FULL RE-FACADES

Summer 2008 a full re-facades with new decks and railings, a 1000 sq/ft addition. The original siding was a 1980's outdated log shiplap. It was replaced with a rough sawn log scribe board. The home's Chinking is Sashco Log Jam. The home was Stained with Sashco Transfomation. All railings were hand picked by our crew and logged using sustainable practices.

This job took 3 months from start to finish with a crew of 18.
